Hide-it! is a free application that helps you unhook from certain applications. We often have programs that run constantly and could actually run in the background. What's the problem? That we can not avoid supervising it constantly, if it is a download manager we will see how much it has been downloading from each of them, at what speed the songs are downloading... Consequently you waste a lot of time that you could have avoided because what you have done (look at the application) has not been productive at all.
